    用于碳纖維或玻璃纖維復合材料組件的環氧樹脂可減輕重量,增加零件集成度,提高材料和加工的效率。它是一種革命性的環氧樹脂配方,由樹脂、硬化劑和內部脫模劑組成,主要用于通過高壓樹脂傳遞模塑或濕壓縮進行碳纖維復合材料生產。

    這些環氧樹脂的超低加工粘度實現了較短的灌注時間和出色的纖維潤濕性能,與金屬溶液相比,可以帶來優異的最終復合材料性能和大幅減重。這種低粘度優勢還可降低填充壓力和夾持力,即使在纖維含量高的零件中也不會犧牲流動長度或纖維潤濕。

    零件整合

    陶氏的環氧樹脂非常適合生產具有極大零件整合潛力的大型復合材料零件,有助于減少零件數量,從而降低裝配成本。超快速模具內固化時間可進一步降低成本,適合單臺沖壓機生產大批量零件。根據工藝需要,環氧樹脂的多功能性使得可以輕松調整注入和固化曲線,使模塑周期時間達到30至180秒。
